Easy Slow Cooker Pumpkin Recipe
I love Pumpkin flavored EVERYTHING! In fact, each year I have a Pumpkin Party and invite all of my friends over to join the fun! Everyone brings something Pumpkin flavored, some savory and some sweet! We eat until we can’t eat another bite and enjoy swapping recipes!
Mix 3 eggs with a large can of Solid Packed Pumpkin, 12 oz of evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Stir in 2 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp vanilla.
Pour mixture into your greased slow cooker and set it to low. Dump a (dry) Yellow Cake mix on top, along with 4 tbsp brown sugar and top with 3/4 cup melted butter!
Let it cook for 3-4 hours on low. I left mine on “warm” until I was ready to take it out of the slow cooker!
This recipe is perfect for Thanksgiving Day! You can make it early in the day and let your slow cooker do the work! It will be ready when you want it and no need to figure out when to pop it in the oven!
