Grandscape is one of the largest and most unique mixed-use real estate developments in the country. It is located in The Colony, Texas, in the heart of Dallas/Fort Worth, the 4th largest metropolitan area in the nation.

grandscape mapBuilding on 400+ acres, we are virtually a city within the center of the Dallas/Fort Worth market, an epicenter of growth, in the 4th largest metropolitan area in the nation.

And we are attracting the biggest, boldest and brightest names in retail, starting with Nebraska Furniture Mart of Texas, a retail powerhouse that by itself will attract a projected 8 million shoppers a year.

Our grand plans for Grandscape include more than just one-of-a-kind retail. It includes Convention center hotel and spa, unique restaurants, an outdoor amphitheater and more.

From our perfect location in The Colony, Texas, with more than a mile of frontage on the Sam Rayburn Tollway (SH121) and three interchanges, it will be easy to see the grandeur of Grandscape – and easy to get here.

That’s good, because we’re laying out the welcome mat for millions of visitors a year, from near and far – up to hundreds of miles away.

Grandscape is being developed by Nebraska Furniture Mart, a Berkshire Hathaway company, and affiliates. For leasing, contact us at 704-206-8400.

  1. I have been to the Nebraska Furnature Mart in north Kansas City Kansas I love your store. I live in St. Louis and there is a giant piece of land in west St. Louis county at the old site of the Chrysler Plant in Fenton. The land is as flat as a pancake. This would be a great place for another Nebraska Furnature Mart Store. The old Chrysler Plant is at the corner of Highway 44 and Bowles Ave. There is an outer road and easy access to the highway. The old building has been raised and the rubble has been removed with the land already been grated. Your friend David Kuechenmeister.

My sister and I went to the Nebraska Furniture Mart in The Colony in Dallas the middle of March this year. We spent 3 hours just looking and still did not see it all. Awesome merchandise and the prices are really good. There was a place to stop and eat and rest your feet so you can look some more. They deliver within 300 miles which is awesome too. Can’t wait to go back and select a few things.
